Course Overview

Learners will observe good personal grooming, hygiene standards to display the positive image. They will be able to maintain good interpersonal relationship and having effective communication with customers. Learners will be able to identify the appropriate problem-solving tools and techniques to manage the service challenging situation. Performance gaps like unawareness of customer’s needs and expectations, communicating with customers and managing service challenges will be addressed.

  • Learning Outcome 2: Identify common workplace hazards, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions associated with routine work activities.
  • Learning Outcome 3: Apply basic workplace safety and health risk control measures in work activities to minimise risk.
  • Learning Outcome 4: Report unsafe acts and unsafe conditions to the supervisor in accordance with organisational reporting procedures.

  1. Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents aged 21 years and above will be eligible for a 50% subsidy
  2. Singapore Citizens who are 40 years old or older will benefit from a 70% subsidy.
  3. Non-Small and Medium Enterprises (non-SMEs) will receive a 50% subsidy for Singapore Citizens under 40 years old, and a 70% subsidy for those aged 40 and above.
  4. Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) will be eligible for a 70% subsidy for Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents.
